• You are capable and physically and mentally fit to enter into financial transactions and assume legal obligations;

• Your identity and the data that you provided during the account creation process are identical;
• On the site and Mostplay mobile app, you act on your own behalf and do not represent the interests of another user. You also confirm that you are not an agent of some company;
• You are a citizen of India and are located in this country. Otherwise, you assume full responsibility for law enforcement agencies;
• When required by the bookie, you provide the necessary evidence to verify your identity;
• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure and confidential. If someone has used your account, you must immediately report this to the support service;
• You will not sell or share your profile information with anyone.

For the stay of the players in Mostplay to be effective and the company’s activities to be uninterrupted, Indian players must adhere to the following rules:

• The user is prohibited from transferring money from one account to another to deceive the organization through collusion;

• The bettor is prohibited from using images, materials, statistics, or trademarks for commercial purposes;

• Any use of Mostplay’s intellectual property in an illegal way is subject to legal proceedings.

Any Mostplay account can be temporarily blocked or permanently deleted, both at the request of the player and at the insistence of the sportsbook. In this case, the organization may suspend the activity of the profile without prior notice to the player.

Mostplay management may make such a decision for the following reasons:

• Loss of control by the player and irrational play;
• Suspicious activity;
• Violation of the terms and conditions of the bookie;
• Money laundering or other financial crime;
• Visiting the bookie’s site from the territory where Mostplay is prohibited.

The player may also delete their account by contacting customer support. The player will have access to a temporary blocking of the profile for a certain period during which the functions of the company will not be available. Or the user may decide to permanently delete the profile with the complete erasure of all private information from the database.
